1. How can I become a RH customer?

Roesel-Heck is a wholesale flooring distributor who sells to retail customers with showrooms. We do not sell directly to end users. If your company satisfies the requirements for a RH customer, the first step is to fill out a credit application and fax it to the attention of our Controller. The credit application is located on our web site under the “For Retailers” dropdown menu. The information contained in the application will allow us to determine your location(s) and which of our sales professionals will be able to best serve you. We will contact you with all of the information you will need once we have processed your application. If you have any questions, please give us a call, we will be happy to talk with you about becoming a new customer.

2. Can I come to the office and pick up my order?

We welcome your visit! Many of our most popular items are stocked in our warehouse, so you can call ahead to place your order and verify stock. If the item is currently available, you are welcome to come in and pick up your order in our customer service office.

3. What days do you deliver to my location?

Please contact our customer service representatives to determine your delivery days. As a part of Roesel-Heck’s long-standing focus on bringing the best value to our customers, ALL orders of $300 or more continue to be free of shipping charges.

4. Will your trucks deliver in poor weather?

Roesel-Heck is your reliable choice for quality products, delivered on-time. Our warehouse manager has been with our company for more than 35 years, and with the help of management staff, carefully considers weather-related conditions and deliveries. Please call our main line and dial extension 50 should you have any question regarding whether we are open.

5. How can I get samples or detailed information on products?

You will find a breadth of information through links to our manufacturers’ web sites. Under the Technical Information section of our web site, there are direct links to many of these resources. If you would like a sample of our products, we will be happy to ship those to you as well. Simply call our office and ask to speak to the sample manager, or download and fax the completed sample request form to our office (410-563-1689).
