Glenn Brockmeyer

Glenn Brockmeyer joined Roesel-Heck in April 2014. He has over 35 years dedicated to the flooring industry. Glenn brings a wealth of knowledge from every aspect of the flooring business including product application and installation. Because of his broad experience in the flooring industry, Glenn offers a high level of expertise and guidance to his customers. He has a take charge attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Glenn’s account base is in the Northeast Baltimore and Columbia region.

Jay Miles

Jay Miles joined the RH team in 2014.  Jay has close to 30 years of experience in the construction and flooring industries. For sixteen years, he acted as Sales Manager at Harford Carpet Sales, under the ownership of our own RH salesman, Glenn Brockmeyer. Jay considers himself a seasoned salesman and well understands the needs of our customers and what their expectations may be from distribution. He has direct sales knowledge of in store and in home retail sales as well as bid work for commercial and government projects. Jay services Pennsylvania and Baltimore.

Jeff Dolan

Jeff Dolan is a member of the RH Sales Team with an extensive background in flooring sales. Jeff most recently worked as Project Manager and Sales Associate on our customer level. He is familiar with both our residential and commercial product lines and well understands the nature of the flooring industry. He brings a new energy to our company and an ability to connect with customers. Jeff travels throughout many areas of our servicing territory including Northern VA, Southern MD, Delaware, Eastern Shore of MD, Frederick, and Hagerstown.

Bill Noble

Bill Noble is the newest member of the RH Sales Team. Joining the team in 2018, Bill has been tasked with the company’s new territory expansion into Philadelphia.  From installation to retail sales to eventually delving into commercial sales and working with builders/contractors, multi-family communities and property management companies, Bill brings a multi-faceted sales experience to Roesel-Heck. Bill prides himself on being detailed oriented with a customer service centered sales approach. He makes it a priority for all his customers to have the best buying experience possible.

Janell Fauver

Janell Fauver joined the RH team in 2017 as the Marketing and Specification Manager. Her 15-year industry background, as a designer and outside sales executive, in commercial interiors and contract furniture, have helped her to transition into the flooring industry easily. She provides the A&D community with product information, materials and samples while assisting them with technical specifications and product training. She works diligently with the sales team to bring comprehensive support to our customers as well. Her territory covers MD, DC, Northern VA, DE and Southern PA.
