Michael Brannan

Michael Brannan has nearly 25 years of experience in the flooring industry as a sales, manufacturing, and retail representative. As a veteran salesman in the industry, Michael is proud to work at Roesel-Heck. Having joined Roesel-Heck in 2003, Michael currently services RH’s Northern Virginia and Southern Maryland customers and he cites the attentive management, warehouse, drivers, and customer service staff as a team focused on creating the complete customer experience. In addition to the many product lines offered by RH, Michael’s area of expertise resides in the hardwood and bamboo lines. Michael offers responsive and careful service and he enjoys the relationships that he has formed over the years with his customers.

Larry Spayd

Larry Spayd’s breadth of knowledge is a result of his tenure in the industry for more than 30 years as a salesman and a manufacturer’s representative. He services customers in Roesel-Heck’s Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Hagerstown, and Frederick territories. Larry has extensive knowledge in many of RH’s product offerings and considers himself to be an expert in both adhesives and the Decoria product line. Larry feels that Roesel-Heck’s advantage to its customers is in its ability to give personal care and service to each customer, while representing large, quality product lines. His extensive product knowledge, amiable personality, and attentive service serve as distinct benefits to RH’s customers.

Michael Hubbe

Mike Hubbe joined Roesel-Heck in 2002 and services Prince Georges and Montgomery Counties as well as Washington DC. Mike has extensive experience as a salesperson in the flooring industry, and his product knowledge and attention to detail serve as an asset to his customers, who rely on Mike to find products and solutions to their flooring needs. Mike’s “can do” attitude coupled with his product knowledge, contribute to his success as a RH salesperson. With more than 25 years of industry experience, Mike offers thorough knowledge of the Johnsonite line and enjoys assisting his customers in making the right selections for their jobs.

Carsten Schindler

Carsten Schindler represents Roesel-Heck in the Delaware, Eastern Shore, and Southern Maryland territories. As a salesperson at Roesel-Heck since 1998 and part of the flooring industry since 1987, Carsten has an extensive understanding of commercial and residential consumer products and installation including laminates, bamboo, and hardwoods. Carsten represents Roesel-Heck with pride, for its family-owned professional service, and friendly environment. He stands behind the product mix and feels that the sales force peers are among the most qualified in the industry. Carsten holds a number of industry awards, including certifications from Congoleum and Ardex. He enjoys sales and the opportunity to travel and interact with his customers on a daily basis.

Jake Weaver

Jake began with Roesel-Heck in 1975 in our shipping and receiving department, and transitioned to his current role as a salesperson in 1988. He currently services the Baltimore, Annapolis, and Bowie-Crofton areas and has a loyal customer base. Jake finds his work rewarding, and enjoys the challenge of introducing and developing new product lines with his customers. Jake’s enthusiastic personality coupled with his thorough understanding of all phases of the flooring industry make Jake a successful salesperson. His expertise resides in the commercial aspect of the flooring business and he enjoys assisting and guiding his customers through the bidding phases for commercial jobs. Jake feels that the small family atmosphere has made Roesel-Heck a great place to work for many years.
