Place orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Orders will be promptly processed during our normal hours of operation, Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.

· Due to Container surcharges and shortage of raw materials, we are experiencing a surplus of price increases without notice. Please NOTE: All backorders are subject to price increases.

· Products available on NetXpress do not represent of all the products to which we have access and they do not reflect special order products or sample availability.

· Please contact our office for a complete listing of our available products or if there is a product you wish to order but do not see listed. 

· Mill Direct orders and large quantity orders require your order to be placed directly with our customer service team. 

· All orders will be reviewed and are subject to an inventory count for on-hand accuracy and possible changes in pricing.

· Our office will contact you regarding any discrepancies.  

· If you were given special pricing for an item, please contact our office and reference your order number so that we can confirm and make necessary changes.

· If you require a specific dye-lot or run number of a product, please contact our customer service team.
